Campaign updates

This page intends to detail the latest updates of SWAMP’s efforts and upcoming events.

11th November 2020; this website launched to replace the previous one, due to the host of the old site becoming unavailable. The opportunity was taken to review and edit the content & structure, plus switch to “wordpress” which makes it easier for volunteers to maintain the site

SWAMP had a meeting with the EPA and BVSC representatives. Cathy Griff and Mitch Nadin attended. Below is the link to Ben Smyth’s article on our meeting. We thank Ben for coming and for his story.

RESOURCE?: Merimbula's current beach outfall pipe for treated effluent. Plans are being pursued for a deep ocean outfall, but community groups are calling for its reuse instead.
SWAMP’s postcards now available at Black Daisy, Health Within and Switchfoot Boardstore all found in Pambula. We thank these businesses for their continuous support.
